The company was founded in 1993 to provide a cost effective route to market for food manufacturers who had previously supplied little or no product to the UK. 

 

In recent years the company has expanded its product portfolio to include: Pasta, Olive Oil, Pasta Sauces, Tomato Products and Pickles.   Sales in 2009 were in the region of £50 million.
